WHAT’S THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE STANDARD TICKET AND THE VIP?
We hired Kul to deliver in-person training to our highly professional neurodivergent team, who work flexibly all over the UK. Kul had a lot of differing needs to meet, and we had high expectations due to everyone making such an enormous effort to be present - and he did not disappoint!
Kul was personable, engaging, and incredibly passionate - he brought energy, and we matched it with ease because the content was so easy to resonate and connect with.
Chrissa Wadlow, Founder and Director of Sunshine Support
Not only did Kul expertly guide us through the process of setting powerful and meaningful values, strategic objectives, and a mission statement that gave us clarity on who we are and where we are going, but He was also able to help my team learn how to practice self-care through mindfulness techniques and a greater understanding of how our brains operate under stress.
Sonia Rai, Founder and Director of Nectar HR
It has been amazing to find in Kul a role model and mentor who has undoubtedly committed to achieving his potential with determination and inspiration despite barriers he may have repeatedly faced throughout his career. This, too, gives me immense hope to succeed and lead in ways that can uplift my communities and open the doors for those around me. If you are an institution considering developing or running a course to create the potential of your staff and inspire them to achieve that potential, I highly recommend Kul Mahay.
Dr. Zaikkya Khan, Senior Lecturer, University of Lincoln
Kul has a massive wealth of knowledge about leadership, culture, and emotional intelligence and manages to weave it all into the most engaging presentations.
Claire Pettit, Strategic Head of Learning and Knowledge Management, Health Research Authority
Kul has a fantastic ability to translate complex lessons into digestible insights using his extraordinary storytelling abilities. Throughout his course, I’ve learnt many valuable lessons, which I will carry with me throughout my career and social life.
Tom Hulme, Assistant Psychological Wellbeing Practitioner at West London NHS Trust
Kul is one of the most positive and inspirational entrepreneurs I've had the pleasure of meeting. After talking to Kul for just over an hour, I learned more about creating an emotionally intelligent and engaged workforce, setting goals and making sure that you achieve them, changing behaviours and "igniting" your inner potential than I have learned about those same areas after spending countless hours of research, reading and watching videos.
Benjamin Brain, Director of Hannells
I worked with Kul whilst he was in a senior leadership position, responsible for leading large mixed groups of staff and officers across a range of functions.
Kul was well-liked, extremely credible, and capable of motivating and empowering his teams. Kul has a very high emotional intelligence, and his authenticity shines through in every contact he makes.
Matt Corbishley, Director of People, Engagement & Performance - Ashgate Hospice
